Will the government stand up and put a strong price on pollution? You, your friends, workmates and family can make the difference.

Sunday 5 June is our day say YES to action on climate climate change.

YES to renewable energy! YES to a cleaner environment! YES to support for lower income households! YES to finally making the polluters pay for the pollution they create!

Members and supports of Climate Action Newcastle will be catching to the train to Sydney to join many thousands of people at 1 of 7 major rallies around the country to say YES to a Price on Pollution.

When: 11am, Sunday 5 June (Train leaves Newcastle Station at 7.22am)

You will be one of thousands across Australia making the time to stand up and demonstrate support for a price on carbon pollution and the start of the clean energy transition for Australia.

Right now, the Federal Government, the Greens and the Independents are making choices for our future. They can set an ambitious carbon price and reinvest in renewable energy, or, they can cave into the big polluters, who are lobbying hard to make sure money stays in their pockets.
